8 year old trip

Well Cindy got to go to the Statue of Liberty when she was 8 with my dad, so I get to pick a place to go too! I chose Mount Rushmore because at school this last year I did a report on it and made a sculpture of it. I am so excited to go- just me and my dad. It is a 14 hour drive from here. He has always wanted to go too. It should be fun. We are probably going to leave in the morning. Here is a picture of me with my sculpture last year. PS I had a little bit of help from Cindy and my dad.

    AWESOME! Caroline told me that Brooklyn got to go there recently and said that it was really neat. We are so excited for you.

    That sounds like alot of fun. I've always wanted to go there too. Maybe we'll take a trip later this fall or next spring. I hope you have a great time with your Dad!!!
